Refund Policy

Rosie Parsons Photography offers two refund options on all digital products: Slay Your Selfies, the Social Media Pose Swipe File, and the Get Featured in the Press Guide.

14-day no-questions-asked refund

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, email rosie@rosieparsons.com and we will refund you in full. No reason needed. Once your refund is processed, your access to the course or guide will be revoked.

60-day satisfaction guarantee

Between 15 and 60 days after purchase, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for customers who have genuinely engaged with the material but do not feel the product delivered on what was promised on the sales page.

To request a refund under the satisfaction guarantee, email rosie@rosieparsons.com within 60 days of purchase with:

For Slay Your Selfies:

  • Confirmation that you have completed all five modules
  • One photo from each module that demonstrates the technique taught in that module (five photos in total)
  • A short note explaining what you found unsatisfactory

For the Pose Swipe File and Press Guide:

  • Confirmation that you have read the full guide
  • A short note explaining what you found unsatisfactory

Once your refund is processed, your access to the course or guide will be revoked.

What the satisfaction guarantee does not cover

  • Change of mind (please use the 14-day refund instead)
  • Change in financial circumstances
  • Not having time to use the product
  • Wanting access to the content without paying

We offer this guarantee in good faith. We trust our customers to use it honestly and reserve the right to decline refund requests where the criteria above have not been met.

Email rosie@rosieparsons.com with the subject line "Refund request" and the information listed above. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
